1 Acceptance of Agreement & Eligibility

By registering, accessing, or using Dheeraja Matrimony (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Grooms must be at least 21 years of age, and Brides must be at least 18 years of age at the time of profile creation.
• Marital Status: You must be legally single, unmarried, divorced with legal final decree, or widowed. Profiles of individuals currently legally married are strictly forbidden.
• Genuine Intent: The platform is meant strictly for matrimonial alliance matching, not for commercial promotion or casual dating.

2 User Code of Conduct & Profile Authenticity

Members are expected to uphold high standards of integrity and respect when communicating with candidates and families:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding age, education, occupation, income, and marital background.
• You shall not post offensive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory text or images on your profile or private chat.
• Financial solicitation, requesting loans, money transfers, or financial aid from other members is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate lifetime ban and legal action.

3 Identity Verification & Privacy Safeguards

To maintain maximum security across our platform, Dheeraja Matrimony reserves the right to screen all registrations:

• ID Submission: We may request government photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, or PAN) to issue a "Verified Badge".
• Privacy Settings: Members retain the right to obscure photos or restrict contact visibility to mutual connections via dashboard settings.

4 Membership Packages, Payments & Refunds

Dheeraja Matrimony provides both free preview features and paid subscription tiers (Silver, Gold, Platinum VIP):

• Billing & Renewal: Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, NetBanking). Paid packages grant contact view allocations and instant chat features for a fixed duration.
• Non-Refundable Policy: Subscription payments are final and non-refundable once contact view benefits or chat access are consumed, except as required by law.

5 Account Suspension & Permanent Termination

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

• A user is found to have provided false credentials, fake identity documents, or misrepresented marital status.
• Multiple members report harassing messages, spamming, commercial solicitation, or inappropriate conduct.

6 Ashtakoot Kundali & Horoscope Disclaimer

While our 36-Guna Ashtakoot Kundali algorithm computes accurate astrological matches based on traditional Vedic calculations, Dheeraja Matrimony does not guarantee marriage success, marital compatibility, or individual life events based on computer-generated horoscope reports. Members are encouraged to conduct independent background verification.

7 Limitation of Liability

Dheeraja Matrimony acts solely as a matchmaking platform for individual members and families to connect. We are not responsible for any personal interactions, family agreements, financial losses, or disputes occurring offline or outside the platform.

8 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
